Graduating with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1992, Dr. Loder went on to perform his residency in podiatry at St. John North Shores Hospital in 1995.
He served as Chief of Staff at Henry Ford Hospital for 6 years and continues to be involved in multiple hospital committees to ensure high quality patient care for the hospital’s patients. In addition to serving as Chief of Staff, he was the Founder of the Podiatric Surgical Training Program at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital and continues to be the Residency Director. He is also the Medical Director of the Henry Ford Macomb Hospital ‘Wound Care Center’ and treats patients there 2 days per week.
A Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS), he is board-certified in foot surgery & reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). The ABFAS strives to protect and improve the health and welfare of the public by advancing the art and science of foot and ankle surgery.
