About

Dr. Lyle Bohlman is a Family Physician working to train the next generation of family doctors at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, AL. Dr. Bohlman is board certified in Family medicine and has practiced for over 45 years in rural and urban/suburban settings. He was associate director of the Tufts University Family Medicine residency in Boston and later served as Medical Director of the University of Tennessee Family Medicine residency program at St Francis Hospital in Memphis. From there he became the Medical Director for FedEx Employee Health Clinics at their international headquarters in Memphis. He retired from active practice in 2022 and moved to Huntsville Alabama where he teaches at the Family Medicine residency clinic at Crestwood Medical Center. He has recently published a book of short stories based on his years of practice: "Changing Times" looking back to apprise the future, available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
