  • Shoulder pain?

You most likely have a frozen shoulder/adhesive capsulitis! You should take oral NSAIDS/Advil/Aleve and perform a home exercise program by heating the shoulder in a hot shower/heating pad and performing passive range of motion/stretching exercises followed by 20 minutes of ice 2-3 times a day.If your shoulder doesn't regain it's range of motion and you continue to be symptomatic you should be seen by an orthopedic/shoulder surgeon to contemplate an intra-articular glenohumeral cortisone injection followed by formal shoulder physical therapy and a shoulder home exercise program. In the future if your shoulder fails to respond to maximum conservative modalities you would be a candidate for a shoulder MRI and possible shoulder arthroscopic intervention/capsular release and other corrections as indicated at the time of diagnostic shoulder arthroscopy and burscoscopy.
