Dr. True is a skilled orthopaedic surgeon whose areas of expertise include total knee replacement, total hip replacement including anterior approach, sports-related injuries, fracture care in adults and children, as well as arthroscopic treatment of the knee. He sees patients at The Christ Hospital, a 555-bed, not-for-profit acute care facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.

After earning his undergraduate degree from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana Dr. True went on to obtain his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, where he also completed his internship and residency.

Following his training, he became board-certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, which is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopaedic residents and surgeons, as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopaedic surgeons. 

Orthopaedic surgery is the branch of surgery concerned with conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. Orthopaedic surgeons use both surgical and nonsurgical means to treat musculoskeletal trauma, spine diseases, sports injuries, degenerative diseases, infections, tumors, and congenital disorders.
