My ears feel blocked from a cold that I recently had. What should I do?
Air needs to enter your middle ear to proper functioning. Air enters thr a tube that opens in the back of the nose so if you have a cold there is swealling of that area that results in obstrucion of the tube and no air in the middle ear. What can I do about water in my ears?
First find out if you have accumulated wax in your ears and have them cleaned if you do. If you don’t have any then stop cleaning your ears, you may then try 4 drops of alcohol in the ear canals when you feel the water, alcohol will dry your ears but be sure you don’t have an ear drum perforation. Tonsillitis
Probably you are referring to the size of the tonsil being 4 plus. Size alone is not an indication for a tonsillectomy unless it's related to a serious problem like upper airway obstruction, obstructive sleep apnea, or multiple bouts of infections requiring antibiotic therapy. Age 6 is perhaps a little older and should not be a problem.
