Distinguished as a seasoned dental implant surgeon, Dr. Oh boasts over a decade of proven  success, marked by a multitude of satisfied patients and a sterling reputation for excellence within his professional circle. As the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief of Implantology at ProSmile, the region’s largest Dental Service Organization (DSO), he oversees clinical operations for more than 200 dentists and dental specialists across 79 locations.

Wearing various hats in the dental community, Dr. Oh is the Co-Founder and Chief Dental Officer at Smart Arches Implant Centers, a Co-Founder of the Operation Re-Dentulate Central America Association, the innovative mind behind the Zyg-Oh Zygomatic Implant guide system, an Instructor of the All-On-X Masterclass, and the visionary Founder of The Smile Back Foundation—a charitable foundation providing full mouth dental implants for those truly unable to afford treatment. Driven by a commitment to delivering the highest quality, empathetic care, he places a strong emphasis on ensuring a pain-free experience for his patients.

Growing up in Maryland, Dr. Oh received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland – College Park. He then graduated with honors at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he achieved the highest national board scores in his class. Dr. Oh was a member of several honors societies, including the OKU honors society, and won many scholarships for academic and clinical achievement. He was also the lead guitar player of his band, InciDental.

After finishing his dental education, Dr. Oh furthered his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. Here, he received extensive inpatient and outpatient training in conditions ranging from impacted wisdom teeth and dental implants, to major facial reconstructive surgery.

As a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Oh has special interest in dental implant surgery, the All-on-X full mouth reconstruction concept, zygomatic implants,  Teeth-In-A-Day, and bone regeneration. With his unique skill set acquired from training around the world, he leaves no patients behind, even if they have “no bone.”

Nationally and internationally, Dr. Oh lectures, mentors, and trains doctors on implant surgery on a regular basis for many different implant companies. To date, he is responsible for more than $1M in donated dental implant services in the United States and Guatemala, and has a goal of $20M in his career. 

Recognized by his peers, Dr. Oh was voted Top Dentist in Philadelphia Magazine in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Additionally, he was selected as one of the top 40 dentists under 40 in the United States by Incisal Edge Magazine in 2020, acknowledging his clinical skills, educational involvement, and leadership in the dental field. His philanthropic efforts were further honored in 2021 when he received the Humanitarian Award from Marquis Who’s Who in America as well as the Top Doctor recognition by Marquis Who’s Who in America.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Oh finds joy in traveling, playing golf, and spending quality time with his wife Sophie, son Cameron, daughter Claire, and their two dogs, Max and Mandi.
