Dr. Barnaby Starr has been consistently rated the top pediatrician practicing in Baltimore, Maryland. He can see patients throughout Maryland via telemedicine visits. 

 Dr. Starr, a Yale alumnus,  is a 1982 Graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He did his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious DC Children's Hospital in Washington, DC.  Dr. Starr has been Board Certified since 1987, and has been consistently rated as the top doctor in Baltimore, and he recently was awarded TopDoc 2020. He served on the clinical faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and currently teaches for the University of Maryland Medical School.  When not in the office, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys seeing newborns in the hospital. Dr. Starr always accepts new patients and loves taking care of  all of them.
