Dr. Starr, a Yale alumnus, is a 1982 Graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He did his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious DC Children's Hospital in Washington, DC. He served on the clinical faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and currently teaches for the University of Maryland Medical School.
