Get to know Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Daniel Williams, who serves patients throughout the State of Indiana.

A top professional in the field of orthopedic surgery, Dr. Williams is in practice at American Health Network – Bone and Spine, seeing patients at their offices in Greenfield and Muncie, Indiana. He specializes in ACL reconstruction, knee and shoulder injuries, knee arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, shoulder arthroscopy, and sports related injuries.

Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Williams graduated with his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Michigan State University Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center. Finally, he completed his fellowship in sports medicine with the Kaiser Permanente Orange County Program.

Following his training, the doctor attained board certification in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.

Orthopedic surgery is the branch of surgery concerned with conditions involving the musculoskeletal system.
