Get to know Internist Dr. Stanley John, who serves patients in New City, New York

Treating both adults and children, Dr. John takes pride in serving the community of New City, New York at Bethel Medical Associates, LLC.

As an internist, he provides annual physicals, well-woman checkups, vaccinations, acute illness treatment, and chronic disease management. He incorporates on-site blood testing, ultrasounds, EKGs, and other lab tests into his diagnostic repertoire.

His background in pediatrics allows him to offer services such as well-child checks, vaccinations, and sports physicals. He commonly treats children for colds, flus, rashes, pink eye, and other juvenile conditions.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. John earned his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He completed his residencies in internal medicine and pediatrics at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Following his residency, he served over fifteen years in various hospitals and private clinics.

With an unwavering commitment to his specialty, he is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world. 

To boot, he is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

In his professional experience, Dr. John is affiliated with Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
