Born in Hong Kong, Dr. Hsieh graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. He then went on to complete his surgical residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in June of 2015.
A true asset to his field, the doctor is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.
