Dr. Stern is a skilled dentist who serves as the owner and operator of Center For Sleep & TMJ Disorders of Fairfield in Connecticut. She has been providing conservative, non-invasive treatment to patients with sleep breathing and temporomandibular joint disorders since 2008. 

A Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a Certificate holder of the American Academy of Integrative Pain Management, she is a member of the following professional organizations: the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Integrative Pain Management.

Throughout her academic career, Dr. Stern graduated from UCONN School of Dental Medicine in 1998, after which she completed a general practice residency program at the Veterans Affairs in Castle Point, New York. She received advanced training in temporomandibular disorders and sleep disorder dentistry at the Institute of TMD and Sleep Disorders and the Craniofacial Pain Center at Tufts University.

Passionate about continuous education, she has over 2,500 hours of advanced education including orofacial pain, TMJ disorders, and sleep disorder dentistry. As a result, she is able to offer her patients the latest advancements in this field.

Having been practicing general dentistry in New York and Connecticut for over two decades, Dr. Stern’s own personal experience with TMD led her to pursue further training for her pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Striving to provide them with the highest level of care, her practice is guided by a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment philosophy.
