He then went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak in 2006, followed by his residency in internal medicine at Ascension Providence Hospital in 2007.
Following his education, Dr. Stephen became board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
