Dr. Shattuck is the owner and operator of Radiant Dental Care in Haslet, Texas. Radiant Dental Care is a family-focused dental practice focused on maintaining an environment where local families feel safe and confident in their dental care needs, while promoting a patient–doctor collaboration so everyone can look forward to their visits. Dr. Shattuck has personally tailored the space to ensure his patients’ comfort so that they have the most positive experiences. In addition to dental chairs specially designed to provide excellent lumbar and neck support, he also employs the most comfortable anesthesia delivery methods and invests in the most advanced dental devices.

At Radiant Dental Care, Dr. Shattuck strives to blend in scientifically proven alternative methods with his traditional procedures. He also uses cutting-edge technologies in oral exams to aid in the identification of certain health disorders.  

After graduating Cum Laude at Texas A&M University, Dr. Shattuck went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. There, he was honored with the Craniofacial Pain Society’s Annual Award in 2012.

Dr. Shattuck has studied extensively in order to provide his patients with the most current advancements in oral care. Since receiving his license to practice, he continues to take more than twice the state-mandated yearly requirements for continuing education every year.

Throughout his career, Dr. Shattuck has been honored with several awards and recognitions, including America’s Top Dentists by SLD Industries (2013, 2014, and 2017), Fort Worth’s Top Doctors (2016), Dallas’ Top Dentists by Dr. Oz and Top Rated Media (2016), and Marquis Who’s Who Award (2018).

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. As a dentist, Dr. Shattuck specializes in oral health. He offers restorative procedures, including dental crowns, tooth-colored fillings, bridges, dental implants, as well as a number of cosmetic treatments such as porcelain veneers and Invisalign. He also specializes in TMJ disorders.

Dr. Shattuck is a certified Invisalign® provider. Invisalign is a type of orthodontic treatment that helps to straighten teeth without the use of the typical metal braces.

Besides being a dedicated family dentist, Dr. Shattuck is also a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Renee, live in Haslet with their two sons, Ethan and Julian. Dr. Shattuck loves the small-town atmosphere of Haslet and being able to live among the community he so fondly serves. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active by doing jiu jitsu, running, training, wrestling with his boys, and coaching children’s football and baseball teams.
