How long until I can workout after wisdom teeth removal?
Usually I advise no heavy lifting above head for a week since that can increase pressure to head, causing bleeding and swelling. Lower body work okay except running due to pounding from feet hitting ground. Hope that is helpful Dr Satko READ MORE
