Arm and wrist
This could be due to a combination of different things. Most likely is either a pinched nerve in the neck, the shoulder, or the elbow. I would recommend going to a good physical therapist, one that does manual therapy, dry needling, Graston, etc, and have them evaluate you and try to correct the issue. If not improving, then get imaging, ideally an MRI. READ MORE

How soon can I go back to running after breaking a bone in my foot?

How does physical therapy help a dislocated shoulder?
Physical therapy is very important to help stabilize the injured tissue and help to strengthen the tissues that lead to the shoulder allowing dislocation. Under the age of 18, there is over a 90% chance of dislocation again. It would be smart to consider an MRI, to determine the severity of the damage to the ligaments and see or if there are any fractures. While Surgery is an option, I prefer the non-surgical approach with whole bone marrow injection. Which is one of my specialties and very effective in helping to not only heal the injury but also prevent redislocation/reinjury. READ MORE
What can I do to manage Rhabdomyolysis?
Tons of fluids and avoiding anti-inflammatory medication. When people get admitted to the hospital for rhabdomyolysis it’s to prevent kidney failure and the number of fluids that they consume ends up adding 5 to 25 pounds in less than three days. READ MORE
My son is highly prone to heat stroke. Is there anything that can help prevent this?
At the minimum consider massive hydration, ideally with high electrolyte solutions and only a little bit of carbohydrates. Where sunblock, loose fitting clothing, avoid being outside between 11-4 PM if possible. There is some genetic testing as well. READ MORE

Depends on the exact cause. Physical therapy is usually a great place to start. It is likely due to epicondylitis (golfer / tennis elbow). Consider imaging like x-rays and MRI. You should also consider Prolotherapy or PRP if you have plateaued at physical therapy. READ MORE
Do you need treatment for a herniated disc?
It is in your best interest to treat this now. If not it will only worsen and re-injure at some point in the future. Physical therapy is a great start, then an MRI. Do not hesitate to find someone who injects the stabilizing structures with regenerative medicine. It is a great, safe, and effective option that can prevent future re-injury, help pain, and also prevent/avoid surgery. READ MORE
