No. Heel spurs don’t hurt (unless it’s at the Achilles in the back of your heel). What you have is probably plantar fasciitis. Is the pain first thing in the am and again after sitting for a period of time? Then it is fasciitis. Go to a podiatrist for proper care. READ MORE

No. It's okay to soften fungal nails and slow down the spread. OTC antifungal or Nizoral shampoo daily washing works well. READ MORE
Are arch supports the only way to treat neuroma?
No... that’s step one. If the orthotics had a metatarsal pad, good start. Next is a steroid injection. Surgically we can inject an alcohol solution to kill the nerve or surgically excise the nerve. Or even Dina decompression. Many many treatments. New one is called ossitron. I am not a fan, it will never work long term. READ MORE
What is the best way to clean your feet when you have diabetes?
No different than non diabetics. Soap and water. I suggest avoid ivory as it drys the feet too much. Remember after washing and getting between the toes it is very important to DRY WELL. Sounds simple, but is very important. READ MORE
