Gum recession is NOT related to aging. Recession is caused by teeth that do not line up properly or clenching/grinding which can be related to possible sleep related breathing problems (like sleep apnea) READ MORE
Should I brush my teeth after using whitening trays?
I recommend brushing before you insert the trays. then when finished whitening just rinse your mouth out and drink water to rehydrate the teeth. You can brush after whitening but I would make sure to use a toothpaste that is white in color. READ MORE

Dr. Knight is the only dentist in Park City who is a “Sustaining Member” of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, having been a member since 2010. Many of the beautiful smiles found around Park City are proof of her exceptional clinical skills and her commitment to excellence.
Dr. Knight is a Native Texan; however, she has been caring for the residents of Park City for over 18 years. Dr. Knight received much of her advanced post-grad training in cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rejuvenation from one of the premier “dental gurus” in America today – Dr. David Hornbrook.

Dr. Knight and her husband have 3 children. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time together hiking, traveling, and cooking. They are also active in their church and serving the community.
