Dr. Tiffany Najberg earned her medical degree from The University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2003. From there, she completed her residency in emergency medicine at LSU/Charity Hospital in New Orleans in 2007 and did a fellowship with New Orleans EMS in 2008. Furthermore, she was a teaching staff member at Ochsner Main campus in New Orleans from 2007 to 2013 and St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe Louisiana from 2013 to 2020. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Butterfly Medical Care in Shreveport Louisiana. She provides gender affirming care to all ages, one of the last physicians (possibly the single last) to be able to say that.

Paracetamol toxicity?
Immediately stop taking the paracetamol. You should have your liver functions and serum paracetamol level checked stat. Probably you will be ok as while that is above the threshold for toxicity it is not extremely far above, but your symptoms indicate potential symptomatic toxicity, and that should NEVER be ignored. If it means going to the Emergency Room to check those levels then I would do so. READ MORE
