    He refused to listen to my symptoms, refused to look at another doctor's diagnosis of me, changed my decades long confirmed psychiatric diagnosis to a personality disorder diagnosis, and changed my meds, which nearly resulted in my suicide. As reported in the news media, VA doctors have been ordered to misdiagnose veterans as having personality disorders to save on disability costs.
