The medical school has one of the nation’s largest enrollments for a private medical school and represents the consolidation of two medical schools: the first US medical school for women and the nation’s first college of homeopathy. While at Drexel, he received the ‘Golden Stethoscope’ nomination for excellence in teaching as a resident.

Dr Rassadi gained a Fellowship in Upper GI/Hepatobiliary Surgery at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, part of the Methodist Health System– a renowned network of acute-care and teaching hospitals and medical centers in North Texas and Dallas.

Dr. Rassadi is a Candidate Member of the American College of Surgeons and has been on the Editorial Board for the McGill Journal of Medicine.
