Get to know Podiatrist Dr. Adam Rammacher, who serves patients in Granite City and Edwardsville, Illinois. 

Dr. Rammacher is a knowledgeable podiatrist providing compassionate foot and ankle care for all individual needs. He is in practice with Gateway Medical Group, seeing patients at the offices in Granite City and Edwardsville, Illinois. 

The doctor specializes in: diabetic foot care, limb preservation, wound care; foot and ankle trauma (including fractures and sprains); foot and ankle surgery; general podiatry, geriatric podiatry, lower extremity sports medicine; cuts and infections; heel and arch pain; foot dislocation; soft tissue masses; and bunions, hammertoe, plantar fasciitis, and ingrown toenails.

Striving to provide methods of treatment that will allow for the greatest patient satisfaction, Dr. Rammacher is on medical staff and performs surgery at Gateway Regional Medical Center. These surgeries include but are not limited to: bunion surgery, correction of hammertoe, ingrown toenail surgery; reconstruction and functional surgery; removal of bone spurs; repair of tendon injuries; diabetic limb preservation; and ankle arthroscopy.

In the early days of his academic career, Dr. Rammacher graduated with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his podiatric surgical residency at Oakwood Southshore Medical Center in Trenton, Michigan.

An expert in his field, he is board-certified through the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, which exists to offer podiatric physicians a comprehensive board qualification and certification process.
