On a more personal note, Dr. Mortensen has been married to his wife, Leslie, for 30 years. The couple has two daughters, a son, and two beautiful granddaughters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, hiking, scouting, and body surfing. His other interests include service in his church and community.
