Get to know Dentist Dr. Betty D. Klement, who serves patients in Orange Park, Florida.

A committed dentist, Dr. Klement is the Owner of Orange Park Dental in Florida. Her special areas of interest are cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry. Her level of experience coupled with on-going training enables her to remain at the forefront of advancements in dental care.

The doctor and her team have provided comprehensive dental treatment in northeast Florida for over 20 years. Patients benefit by receiving care from an experienced, professional team. Their team participates in continuing education programs to assure that patients have access to the latest dental techniques and materials.

Before embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Klement received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1981. She is licensed to practice dentistry in Florida and Georgia.

Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Dentistry, she is a proud member of the Pierre Fauchard Honorary Dental Academy, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Northeast District Dental Association (Past President), the Jacksonville Dental Society, and the Clay County Dental Society (Past President).

In her professional experience, Dr. Klement served on the Florida Board of Dentistry from December 4, 2001 to March 9, 2010, and was Chair of the Board for 2008-2009.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

In 1999, Dr. Klement was a recipient of YWCA Jacksonville Celebration of Leadership with a Tribute to Women Award.
