Get to know Family Physician Dr. Sein Win, who serves patients in New York, New York. 

Recognized as an accomplished family physician, Dr. Win is affiliated with Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York City, New York. He serves as the initial point of contact for patients looking for general or primary medical treatment & may refer patients to a specialist when needed.

Established in 1884, Flushing Hospital Medical Center has been providing high-quality care to the community for 135 years. As Queens’ first hospital, it has seen the community grow through the years and has grown to meet its needs. The mission of the hospital is “To provide superior service to our patients and our community in a caring environment.”

The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine 1, Yangon in Myanmar in 1991. Upon relocating to the United States, he went on to perform his residency in family medicine at NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn.

With over three decades of experience in his field, Dr. Win is currently licensed to practice medicine in New York and Michigan. He is also a member of the American Medical Association.

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. A family physician is often the first person a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility.
