Having received his Medical Degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Dr. Meade completed his Transitional Year internship at Lehigh Valley Health Network and the University of South Florida College of Medicine from 1983 to 1984. He further honed his surgical skills during his orthopedic surgery residency at Sidney Kimmel Medical College/TJUH and Deaconess Hospital from 1984 to 1989, followed by a specialized fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati and Cincinnati SportsMedicine and Orthopedic Center from 1988 to 1989.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, Dr. Meade is affiliated with multiple esteemed institutions, including LVPG Orthopedics and Sports Medicine-Station Circle, LVPG Orthopedics and Sports Medicine-1621 N. Cedar Crest, Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton, and Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest.
