Born and raised in Lodi, Dr. Neal received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California at San Diego. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1990. After receiving his education, he and his wife returned to Lodi to establish his cosmetic dentistry office, The Lodi Dentist.
Always expanding his knowledge of dentistry, he is a member of the San Joaquin Dental Society, the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Sacramento Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
