What do you attribute your success to?
- My mother has a lot to do with my success. She was a teacher and principal and she pushed me and taught me a lot about work ethic and the value of education. She also led by example, showing me how to be not just a leader, but a servant leader. She has always been concerned about how she could make the lives of others better, so I\'ve taken that same approach in my life. Being able to help one person is great, but building a system where we can help thousands with the same level of care is what I\'m striving to do.
