Get to know Family Physician Dr. Brady Simonak, who serves patients in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Simonak is a board-certified family physician who is currently serving patients at the Fossil Creek Family Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He is following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. David Simonak, and his older brother, Dr. Ryan Simonak.

Operated by the Simonak family, the Fossil Creek Family Medical Center strives to provide quality medical care in a pleasant, efficient, and friendly atmosphere. The team of family professionals focus on preventive healthcare with “outside-the-box” diagnosis and treatment planning, tailored to each patient’s ​individual needs. They believe in treating the “whole person”, not only symptoms.

When Dr. Simonak was younger, he worked alongside his father at the Fossil Creek Family Center for seven years, answering phone calls and helping with the front desk duties and checkout services.

Dr. Simonak is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Founded in 1969, the ABFM is a not-for-profit, private organization whose mission is to improve the health of the public through board certification, residency training, research, leadership development, and promoting the development of the specialty of Family Medicine.

Dr. Simonak is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Simonak earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Texas Christian University in 2007, before serving as a National Marine Fishery Observer / Field Biologist in Anchorage, Alaska. After returning home to Texas, he went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth in 2014. Thereafter, he went on to complete his residency in family medicine at CHRISTUS Health-Spohn Texas A&M in Corpus Christi in 2017. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Simonak returned home to Fort Worth with his beautiful wife, Sarah. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and working out.
