A part of LifePoint Health, Jackson Purchase Medical Center is a 107-bed (all private), Joint Commission-accredited facility. Academically, Dr. Daniels graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Washington and Lee University, and obtained his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, going on to complete his fellowship in cardiology at the same institution.
Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
