Unfortunately, there isn't a good answer to this. It all depends on your home care and your diet. The more carbonated beverages (including carbonated water) as well as white bread and sweets will cause you to have more decay on your teeth. Why do my teeth feel loose?

How can I prevent tooth erosion?
Tooth erosion can be caused by multiple things. High acid contact with the enamel, such as sucking lemons. Another culprit is regurgitation (vomit). People inflicted with Bulimia also have severe erosion on their enamel. If you suffer from any of the issues listed, rinse with plain water prior to brushing your teeth and that will help. READ MORE

Clicking in my jaw
Typically clicking is caused by the disk between the joint slipping. Usually once it starts clicking there is not much that can be done to stop it.
