Dr. Romero graduated with honors from the dental school of University of Cartagena, Colombia in 1989. He began working as a general practicioner for the Health Center of the Sincelejo Regional Hospital. In this position he was recognized with an award as the employee of the year. After he opened a private practice for a successful six years until 1995. He then decided to go to Brazil and specialize in Periodontics at the State University of Campinas-Sao Paulo, Brazil. Two years later, Dr. Romero began to concentrate in Oral implantology at the Dental Prevention Center in Bogota, Colombia. Dr Romero moved to USA and received his degree as a dentist from New York University College of Dentistry, DDS Advanced Placement Program in 2011. Dr. Romero is a current member os American Dental Association and International Dental Implant Association.
