  • Do chiropractors give exercises?

Yes, First we focus on Passive care for the acute phase of treatment. Then work with Active Care. Exercises for strengthen and Stabilization. Then exercises for keeping your spine in great shape. Most people fail to get to that point of care due to shortfalls. Either their Insurance doesn't cover it. Or the pain is gone so the patient is to. I recommend that you get it fixed. That way you don't have pain and recurring problems that get worse and Degenerate into HOT LIGHTS, COLD STEEL. READ MORE

  • Can chiropractors help with hip arthritis?

As an extremity expert yes. Depends on the degree of the Degeneration. But most importantly, we can adjust the hip joints. 80% of Hip and low back pain comes from/with other lower extremity disfunction. So we would want to get the spine and feet/ lower extremities balanced. READ MORE

  • How long should you rest after chiropractor?

Depends. Example, adjust a baby who has cholic and it may go home and sleep for 6 plus hours. Usually the mom/guardian freaks out bc the baby had never sleep that long before. Back in the day we had Chiropractic Infirmary's like hospitals where people got adjusted 1-17x per day. READ MORE

  • Do chiropractors really move bones?

Try it for your self and find out. Yes, The bones will change Posture and Structure after an adjustment has been properly performed. Have done Pre and Post adjustments to prove this. But your Muscles, Ligaments, and Tendons have memory/ mechanoreceptors that will change it back. Think of braces for your teeth. If you did not retain them, they will go back. Same with your bones. • What is the fastest way to heal a bulging disc?

Take a full circle approach. Nutrition to increase healing times. Decompression with tables or exercises or both. And most importantly, according to the study published by Chironexus- 90% of Disc Herniation's, Protrusions, and Sequestrations can heal with regular Chiropractic Care defined as 3x/wk for 3 months. • Does hip arthritis require hip replacement?

Sometimes yes. Depends on the state of Decay. I see people who are geared for surgery after multiple injections and mostly have a huge success with them. There is always a chance that it can or will need surgery. If you do nothing, yes. It will degenerate and it will lead to more pain and dysfunction. READ MORE

  • Can you fully recover from a dislocated elbow?

It is possible. But you must have it back in place. I recommend you get it set by an extremity professional Chiropractor like myself. Or it will get worse. Fortunately, the pain gets easier. READ MORE
