Get to know Radiologist Dr. Myles Koby, who serves patients in Lanham, Maryland.

A prominent radiologist, Dr. Koby is in practice with Diagnostic Imaging Associates in Lanham, Maryland, which is a part of Doctors Community Medical Center. He is interested in the evaluation of spinal instability, CSF dynamics, and neurological dysfunction in hereditary connective tissue disorders.

Doctors Community Medical Center is a network of medical and surgical services provided throughout Prince George’s County and in Anne Arundel County. To complement their high-quality and compassionate services, the system has more than a dozen centers of care in Bowie, Camp Springs, Crofton, District Heights, Greenbelt, Hyattsville, Lanham, Largo, Laurel, Riverdale, and Temple Hills.

Pertaining to his educational pursuits, Dr. Koby completed his medical education and his internship at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his residency at the University of Southern California Medical Center, and his fellowship at the Washington University School of Medicine.

An expert in his field, he is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.

Prior to his current endeavors, Dr. Koby practiced at the National Institutes of Health, and at the University of Maryland Medical Center, both in Maryland.

Among his professional affiliations, he is an active member of the Ehlers-Danlos Society, the Coalition Against Pediatric Pain, and has been a reviewer for the Journal of Computer Assisted Tomography.
