She then completed additional training at McLean Meditation Institute, an educational organization dedicated to helping people find peace, health, and clarity with meditation and mindfulness, and earned her certificate in 2018. 

Her background includes training in Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), positive psychology, behavioral medicine, yoga-based stress reduction, hypnosis, biofeedback, and psychotherapy.
