Dr. Susan Slater is an internist practicing at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura. Dr. Slater specializes in the treatment of hospitalized adult patients. Dr. Slater also teaches resident doctors in training in the inpatient and outpatient setting. She is a rare exception with an inpatient and outpatient practice. Dr. Slater provides comprehensive care and establishes long-term relationships patients and incorporate disease prevention and mental health care into her practice.
