A Miami native with more than 20 years of dental experience, he has created many beautiful smiles with love and passion at his private practice, The Dental Practice South Miami, located in South Miami, Florida.
He takes the time to listen to his patients so he can understand their needs and concerns. This allows him the privilege to provide excellent personalized dental care. His goal is to establish long-lasting doctor/patient relationships built on trust and quality care.
Most of his patients are referred to the office by existing patients, family and friends. This is why Dr. Cabanzon has maintained his excellent reputation and commitment to the South Florida community. He has owned several dental practices throughout his career and has now chosen South Miami and Coral Gables as his home for his new dental practice.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Cabanzon received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. He then went on to complete his advanced training in cosmetic and implant dentistry, Invisalign, as well as other areas of interest.
To this day, he continues to take advanced courses to stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in modern dental care to offer his patients the best treatment possible. He remains a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the South Florida District Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. Married for 25 years to his high school sweetheart and wife, Cary, they are blessed with two children. They also have two beautiful dogs, Sky and Blu (Vizsla dog breed). Outside of the office, Dr. Cabanzon enjoys art, traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
