Back in 1978, Dr. Turow graduated with his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. He then went on to perform his internship and residency in pediatrics at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in 1979 and 1981, respectively. 

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the doctor is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
