  • How will I feel after dental anesthesia?

it depends on the extent of the dental procedure and if only local anesthesia is needed to be administered by the dentist , or whether General Anesthesia is required to be administered by an Anesthesiologist . Intraoperative pain can be handled by the Anesthesiologist , but subsequent post procedural pain will need to be handled by the Dental surgeon . Any post op nausea and/ or vomiting can be managed with a number of effective medications . Unfortunately this side effect is somewhat more common in General Anesthesia for this type of procedure and also seen more in female patients . But , as I said , effective treatments are available to be utilized appropriately by the practitioners . READ MORE
