Wheat sensitivity?
As you may know, wheat contains quite a bit more gluten than those other grains. So, it could still be a gluten sensitivity. Your physician can test you for this with anti-gliadin antibody and especially IgA tissue transglutaminase antibody testing. Regardless, supplementation with DPP-IV enzymes may be helpful, available from natural food stores. Wheat allergy is extremely common, but intestinal forms of the allergic reaction is much less likely, although possible. This can be tested with IgE and/or IgG RAST blood testing. Hope you're able to puzzle this out! READ MORE
