Jack P. Murphy, MD - Are You Sure?. I went to Jack Murphy with basal cell carcinoma on my nose. My experience with him made me a patient of Dr. Koppel in LaPlace. Dr. Koppel was competent enough to send me to a dermatologist specialist in Oschner Main Hospital who cut out the whole cancer. Then a plastic surgeon closed up the crater. Dr. Koppel has had me come back for follow ups with him. Dr. Murphy is great if you want a botox injection. Heard he gives discounts if you pay cash.
