Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Morganelli has a distinguished academic background. She attended Trinity College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, graduating with honors in 1997. During her time there, she completed a research internship in the Department of Infectious Disease at Hartford Hospital, resulting in a published paper on Group B Streptococcal Bacteremia. Furthermore, her senior thesis earned publication in the journal Pigment Cell Research, showcasing her dedication to scientific inquiry and excellence.
Subsequently, she pursued her medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine, graduating in 2002, before completing her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Stamford Hospital, Columbia University, finishing her training in 2006. Since then, she has established a successful private practice in Stamford, where she has built a reputation for her patient-centered approach and clinical expertise.
