A properly fitting partial denture will not damage the jawbone. If you have too much pressure from the partial on a certain part of your mouth, your dentist can relieve the partial for a proper fit. Yes! Invisalign can fix and underbite (class III occlusion). There are several methods to accomplish that goal. What is the next step after a dental implant?
The new implant will take some time to "osseointegrate" or to "stick to the bone" around it. How can I tighten my retainer at home?

Should you keep your Invisalign in overnight?
