Dr. Eber has provided medical directorships for both long term care facilities and hospice and is the medical director of Orchard Park Health Care Center in Greenwood Village, Colorado. After obtaining her medical degree she completed her internal medicine internship with the Emory University School of Medicine. Followed by her internal medicine residency with the St. Joseph Hospital. She is the co-investigator for 2 CCTSI community engagement grants entitled “The Colorado Long Term Care Research Partnership: A Community Partnership and Research Collaboration to Promote Health for Residents of Long Term Care Communities.” She is co–founder of the Long Term Care Stakeholder Advisory Board which evaluates and helps engage long term care communities in research. Dr. Eber is the current President of the Colorado Medical Directors Association.
