Dr. Schumacher has been a member of the Jacksonville community since 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Dentistry, Class of 1985, and established his practice in Boca Raton Florida in 1986.
Following the birth of their children, the Schumachers moved to Jacksonville to be close to family here and in Gainesville.
Dr. Schumacher has taught part time at the UF College of Dentistry and continues to regularly mentor dental students and support the program. He has also served on several missions to Latin America teaching and delivering dental care.
Dr. Schumacher is passionately committed to continuing education and investing in state-of-the-art technology and procedures.
He is a Scholar of the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute where the principles of optimal patient care are a primary focus and have greatly influenced his practice of dentistry.
