  • What do pediatricians recommend for teething?

Teething is a normal process of growth and development. As we don’t feel ourselves growing up rarely do we feel any pain or other Teething is the same. They should not cause any of the things which they are accused of. No significant pain, bo fever, no diarrhea, or ever pain on feeding is caused by teething . Really, if you think teething is causing discomfort then you can give a dose of Acetaminophen according to the weight (10-15 mg /Kg). Usually, the whole period of teething from around 6 months to 30 months will pass unnoticed! Teeth in kids should be cared for fluoride and cleaning. Give your child some water before bed if he or she drinks milk before bedtime or wash teeth with a kids brush. Good nutrition is also important for teeth health and avoiding sweetened juices is important too. READ MORE

Then continue gradually increase the amount slowly. If there was diarrhea and vomiting, go to your PCP to check for dehydration. Most cases improve. Dr. Afaneh READ MORE
