Can menopause cause doziness?
It's difficult to answer your question because: DOZINESS usually means to feel sleepy, like "I'm a little dozy." DIZZINESS is very different. If you are feeling dizzy, then I recommend that you see your ENT and be sure you get your hearing tested. As we age, vertigo is much more common. If you are in menopause, then it is very likely due to the hormonal changes that these can trigger dizziness. Your symptoms of dizziness could also be a cardiovascular condition that should be looked into. READ MORE
Can laying on your stomach constantly cause a miscarriage?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! 9 out of 10 miscarriages are due to a genetic or chromosomal incompatibility or a faulty egg, or in many cases its a sudden drop in serum PROGESTERONE that causes the spontaneous Ab's. After ONE spontaneous AB, the obstetrician normally begins to run serum levels of the progesterone. If it begins to drop below 10 then in many cases supporting the pregnancy by giving the patient additional Progesterone can in many cases salvage the miscarriage. If the additional progesterone does not prevent the miscarriage .....then there was a fundamental genetic problem for the incompatibility and a miscarriage will ensue. READ MORE
Could I be pregnant?
If you have the birth control implant, then you are already on a good contraceptive method and your chances of getting pregnant are highly unlikely. But by the same token, no birth control method is 100%. But to answer your question again, for two reasons, you are highly unlikely to get pregnant: 1-you started your period, and 2- you are using contraception with the arm implant. READ MORE

Which is the best day to conceive a baby boy after your period?
There is NOTHING in the medical literature that can tell you which day of the month of your cycle a male baby can be conceived. The only absolute way to have a specific gendered baby would be by AI of sperm that have been processed. By that, I mean that under certain circumstances semen can be place in a special media and allowed to "stand." Male sperm "Y" tend to "swim" faster across the media than "X" sperm. The "Y sperm can be collected and by AI placed into the womb, and there is a higher probability that a male fetus can be conceived. This is an extremely expensive method usually reserved for Royalties where the heir to a kingdom must be a male. Even still, there's no guarantees. READ MORE

If the patient was not vigilant about her weight gain during her pregnancy, or was overweight before she was pregnant ..breast feeding may not be quite as successful. READ MORE

I masturbated and I am now suffering from urine incontinence. Are the two related?
Very highly unlikely! Although HOW you masturbate may cause some irritation of the urethra since your clitoris and urethral opening are so very close to each other. It is conceivable that if you use gels or toys these may be causing some irritation in this area. For the most part stress urinary incontinence is a mechanical/anatomical factors from child birth. The other type of urine leakage is from urogenital bladder spams.....like when a muscle twitches causing you to leak.....most often from nerve stimulation....so an orgasm may cause pudendal nerve discharge which can cause some minor leakage. If these factors are not the cause then an evaluation by your urologist may ascertain the cause of your urine leakage. READ MORE
