A dual board-certified gastroenterologist, Dr. Grabowy is a part of the team of professionals at Riverview Medical Associates, P.A. in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Grabowy graduated with his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He then went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in 1989, and his fellowship in gastroenterology at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in 1993.

Upon completion of his training, the doctor attained board certification in gastroenterology and internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in 1999. The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Gastroenterology is the branch of medicine focused on the digestive system and its disorders. A gastroenterologist is a physician who has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to the esophagus, stomach, small intestines, colon, liver, pancreas, and biliary system.
