Get to know Pediatrician Dr. Jonna Vaidehi, who serves patients in Hillsborough, New Jersey.

Dr. Vaidehi is a board-certified pediatrician who sees patients at Belmont Pediatrics in Hillsborough, New Jersey.

In collaboration with Saint Peter’s HealthCare System, she is also affiliated with Saint Peter’s University Hospital.

Located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Saint Peter’s University Hospital has been serving the healthcare needs of central New Jersey for more than a century. From simple beginnings in 1907, Saint Peter’s has grown to become a technologically advanced, 478-bed teaching hospital that provides a broad array of services to the community. 

Educated in India, Dr. Vaidehi graduated with her medical degree from Sri Venkateswara Medical College in 1981. She then relocated to the United States, performing her internship and residency in pediatrics at Howard University Hospital.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement. 

Licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey, Dr. Vaidehi’s other hospital affiliations include Raritan Bay Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends individuals be under pediatric care up to the age of 21. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults. They are trained to examine, diagnose, and treat children with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses through all of their developmental stages, as they grow and mature.
