Board certified Pediatrician Dr. Kikelomo I. Togun currently practices with her private practice His Grace Pediatric Clinic. Additionally, she is affiliated with Christus Highland Hospital, and the Willis-Knighton Hospital South.

Dr. Togun graduated with her medical degree from the University Of Ibadan in 1973, in Nigeria,  giving her over four decades of experience in her field. After obtaining her medical degree and relocating to the United States, she completed her internship and pediatrics residency with the Montefiore Medical Center-Moses Division.

Dr. Togun is fluent in both English and Yoruba.

Dr. Togun is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Founded in 1933, the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) is one of the 24 certifying boards of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). The ABP is an independent, nonprofit organization whose certificate is recognized throughout the world as a credential signifying a high level of physician competence. The Board of Directors of the ABP consists of distinguished pediatricians in education, research, and clinical practice, as well as one or more nonphysicians who have a professional interest in the health and welfare of children and adolescents. The ABP strives to improve training, establishes the requirements for certification, and sets the standards for its examinations.

To stay up to date in her field, she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, an organization of 67​,000 pediatricians committed to the optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine dealing with the health and medical care of infants, children, and adolescents from birth up to the age of 18. A pediatrician is a children’s physician who provides medical care to children who are acutely or chronically ill, as well as preventive health services to healthy children. They manage the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the children under their care at every stage of development, in both sickness and health.
