Following his training, the doctor earned board certification in cardiovascular disease through the American Board of Internal Medicine, a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Additionally, he earned board certification in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease through the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, which is committed to providing board recertification for both MDs and DOs that ensures physician compliance with national standards and promotes lifelong learning.

Attributing his success to his love of medicine, Dr. Lefkowitz cannot imagine doing anything else, as it drives him to succeed.
